Home Health Care is covered 100% under Medicare Part A for patients who meet the following criteria. Each patient must be:

Medicare eligible
Under a physician’s plan of care (485)
Homebound (as defined by Medicare guidelines)
Require intermittent care
Require care that is reasonable & necessary
